Have You Ever Felt Lost? Unsure of What to Do Next?
A Faith-Filled Reflection for Women on a Journey
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." – Psalm 119:105
Maybe you're here because life feels uncertain right now.
You’ve hit a crossroads. The things that once gave you security don’t fit anymore. Your heart feels restless… but you don’t know what’s next.
You’re not alone.
Every woman on a journey of rediscovery reaches this moment — a season of wandering. But even in the wilderness, God is guiding you.
1. Feeling Lost Doesn’t Mean You’re Faithless
It’s okay to admit: “I don’t know.”
Many women of faith — Ruth, Esther, even Mary — had to step into the unknown. The key wasn’t that they had all the answers… but that they trusted the One who did.
God isn’t disappointed by your uncertainty.
He’s inviting you into deeper intimacy with Him.
2. When You Don’t Know the Next Step, Just Take the First One
Don’t pressure yourself to see the whole map.
Faith isn’t about knowing the destination — it’s about trusting God in the step-by-step.
If you feel stuck:
Open His Word. Let it speak to you.
Spend time in prayer — even if it’s messy and raw.
Write down what’s stirring in your spirit.
Ask yourself:
“Lord, what is the next small act of obedience You’re asking of me?”
3. Being Found Starts with Being Still
Sometimes we try to do our way out of confusion.
But God often meets us in stillness.
"Be still and know that I am God." – Psalm 46:10
Stillness gives space for clarity to rise. In that space, God begins to realign your desires with His will. He reminds you who you are, and what He’s placed inside you.
✨ Journal Prompt:
Have I been avoiding stillness in this season?
What might God be trying to reveal to me in this pause?
You’re Not Stuck — You’re Being Shaped
This isn’t the end of your story. This is a holy pause.
A sacred unraveling.
God is preparing you to Rebuild, Realign, and Reclaim — with Him leading the way.
Let your “lost” moment become your launch point.
You are not forgotten.
You are Relevant.
